D.C.'s own jazz impressario, Charles Fishman introduces the band and announces the upcoming Duke Ellington Festival ( September 9th to the 17th, 2007).
The octet is led by Michael Philip Mossman on trumpet and Antonio Hart on alto saxophone and flute... with Cliff Korman at the keyboards, Corcoran Holt on bass, guitarist Ricky Padron, Cliff Almond on drums, percussion by Renato Thoms and the multi-talented and exciting Mayte Vicens as vocalist and flamenco dancer.
